Office Tenders is a service business that specializes in helping people in trucking with state and Federal DOT paperwork for commercially licensed drivers.

We perform driver log book auditing at $12 per driver per month. 

  • We use an Excel spread sheet to enter the hours and miles data to determine average speed and 60/70-hour violations. 
  •  We generate another form that critiques how the driver actually fills out the form in terms of data missing errors, hours violations, or letting them know they are writing things that are not necessary.

We do IFTA fuel tax reporting with rates that vary from $10 per quarter to $25 per truck per month depending on the condition and volume of the data with which we have to work. 

  • We put together all of the mileage and fuel purchase data, reporting by driver if you wish.
  • We fill out the summary report for your reporting state. 
  • Our report to you includes summary sheets by truck and for the fleet - which are generally required by IFTA auditors.

We establish and maintain DOT Driver Qualification Files.   Our charge for this service is $60 per driver per year plus the annual state motor vehicle record.  There is an initial $50 per driver set up charge.

  • We set the files up utilizing computer-generated forms that we create ourselves, so that neither we, nor our customers have to buy and inventory forms that may become obsolete. 
  • You simply provide us the information (by phone or on one sheet of paper per driver) and we generate all of the documents. 
  • We take care of previous employer checks and state driver record checks. 
  • We can audit existing files and do whatever is necessary to bring them up to date.
  • We set up a tickler system to remind companies in advance of their drivers’ CDL expiration and when they need a new physical. 
  •  We provide for their annual certification of driving record and supervisor review.
  • We automatically do the required annual state record checks.

We can set-up a random drug and alcohol testing program that meets DOT requirements.  Our fee for full service program administration is $50 per driver per year. 

  • We customize a company policy specific to your company.
  • We include driver education materials, and supervisor training. 
  • We also administer the random selection process, including setting up local test appointments that minimize the disruption to your work schedules.
